Is Office 2024 compatible with Mac and older Windows versions?
Professional Plus, the edition sold on this site, is Windows-only. It runs on Windows 11, Windows 11 LTSC 2024, Windows 10 LTSC 2021, Windows 10 LTSC 2019, Windows Server 2022, or Windows Server 2025; older systems such as Windows 8 or Windows 7 are not supported. If you're on a Mac, the volume-licensing equivalent Microsoft offers is Office LTSC Standard for Mac 2024, a different product from Professional Plus, and Access is not available on macOS in any edition. Does Office 2024 include Outlook and Publisher?
Outlook is included in Professional Plus, along with Access, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, and Word; Skype for Business is available as an optional install. Publisher is not included in this edition at all: Microsoft has scheduled Publisher's retirement, and it will no longer be supported after October 2026. Microsoft Teams is also not preinstalled, though it can be downloaded separately.
